NOW AVAILABLE ON DEMAND
Brought to you by Today’s Training, part of Today’s Wills and Probate and HTF Legal Limited, this 60 minute course provides an outline of the Trust Registration Service (TRS). Expert speaker Helen Forster will take attendees through the “how to” and “need to know” of the TRS.
As the TRS comes into force for all express trusts, practitioners and staff are being required to register documentation for clients both past and present.
The rules are constantly being adapted and altered by HMRC and are not easy to follow – the rules will affect a significant number of trustees who may be unaware of the changes introduced. This means firms have to be aware of their responsibilities both in terms of informing clients and retaining information for trusts managed by the professionals themselves.
This webinar will help you to understand the types of trust which are required to register, the information required and how public this information could become. Expert speaker Helen Forster will cover
- The TRS
- Information required for different types of trust
- The deadlines for registration
- Excepted trusts
- The public accessibility of trust information
- Long term management
Course notes will be provided. Delegates who complete the course will be provided with a Certificate of Attendance
Please note, the course fee is per person
Who Should Attend
- Professionals, paralegals, trainees and support staff who are required to prepare, run and manage trusts and their administrative procedures
- Suitable for all levels.
