With a large proportion of the UK population dying intestate, what prevents people from making Wills or keeping them updated? The Wills market has for a long time been in a state of flux. The many different options for making a Will is confusing for the consumer and we therefore need to work harder to stand out from the competition.

In this Webinar, brought to you by Scott Walker and Today’s Training, we will delve into why people don’t make Wills and learn how we can market our services more effectively by understanding what drives people to make a Will and what stops them from doing so.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Understand why people don’t make Wills or get it wrong.
  • Identify how to market our services in today’s competitive world.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the real value of legal advice.
  • Interpret the mindset shift that our potential clients need regarding making a Will and how to communicate it.
  • Navigate the pricing conundrum.

Extensive notes will be provided and time will be set aside for delegate questions

Please note, the course fee is per person.

All sessions are recorded and available on demand if you are unable to join live. Please book your place and the recording will be circulated 48 hours after the live session to review on-demand.
