Now a Consultant Solicitor at Richard Nelson Solicitors, Scott also provides training to legal professionals, estate planners, firms, and their teams in all aspects of Private Client Law; Wills, Probate, Tax, Trusts, Court of Protection and Care Funding, He is also a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Law, based at the Bloomsbury Campus in London.

He has specialised in the area of Wills and Probate since 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Scott is a full accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers as well as an Associate Member of the Professional Speaking Association.
