In this challenging area of law there are many pitfalls to ensure you not only act in the best interests of your clients, but ensure you remain compliant and up to date with latest case law and precedent. In this training session Scott will explore common problems including:

  • Nil Rate Band Discretionary Trusts – An overview of such trust and what to do if you come across one.
  • How to handle difficult executors – renunciation, power reserved, caveats, citations and the removal of executors. 

Extensive notes will be provided and time will be set aside for delegate questions

He has specialised in the area of Wills and Probate since 2007 and qualified as a solicitor in 2013. Scott is a full accredited member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers as well as an Associate Member of the Professional Speaking Association.
