First Registration is the legal process of registering land and property with HM Land Registry for the first time. As this is the first registration of land, additional documentation and evidence is required in order to successfully register a property.
Specific focus is placed on how to successfully submit a first registration application to HM Land Registry and what documents need to accompany the application.
