In this series of 3 webinars, brought to you by HM Land Registry endorsed training provider PCC Education Hub, expert trainer Maria Hardy will provide a comprehensive introduction to post-completion work. Maria will review various title registers, identify the entries contained within the registers and delve into the meanings behind each entry.
Various common registration documents such as transfer deeds and mortgage deeds will be examined and how to correctly complete the same will be evaluated. HM Land Registry application forms and restriction forms will also be discussed and when/how they can be used.

Session 1
- Overview of what a title register, and title plan are
- In-depth look at 3 individual title registers and plans from a post-completion perspective – what entries do they contain and what do they mean.
- Different types of joint ownerships will be reviewed (joint tenants/tenants in common)
- Trust restrictions
- Q & A session
Session 2
- A standard TR1 form will be reviewed along with how to complete each panel
- A mortgage deed will be reviewed along with examples of the most common mortgage deeds and how to complete them
- SDLT/LTT certificates will be reviewed along with what information they need to contain
- HM Land Registry top ten tips for avoiding avoidable requisitions
- Q & A session
Session 3
- HM Land Registry applications forms (AP1 and FR1) will be reviewed and how to complete each panel of each form
- HM Land Registry restriction forms (RX1, RX2, RX3, RX4 and RXC) will be reviewed and how to complete each panel of each form
- Q & A session
Extensive notes will be provided and time will be set aside for delegate questions
