The Risk Management Series
The Today’s Training Risk Management series is a series of online training events designed to help Managers, Partners and Directors within Legal Services firms understand and manage organisational risk. The series will be composed of at least ten modules to be broadcast live throughout 2025.

Speakers: Calum MacLean & Marianne McWilliams
Calum MacLean is a Risk Manager within the Professions team of Miller Insurance Brokers. He works primarily with law firms, however his experience also spans across accountants and construction professionals.
He has worked in insurance for 16 years, primarily in risk management, with a particular emphasis on the solicitor market. Whilst his current focus is on UK based firms, he also brings a wealth of international experience.
Calum is a self-confessed ideas person and loves looking at how to make things work better. He enjoys bringing a pragmatic approach to clients and delivering innovative ways to continue the positive evolution of Miller’s offering.
Marianne McWilliams is an Account Executive within Miller’s Solicitors team, helping SRA and CLC firms in the North East of England to secure their professional indemnity, cyber and associated insurance. Marianne has over 30 years of broking experience and has operated in several large-scale multinational firms and smaller, specialist companies.
